EVENT DESCRIPTION

The annual Hills Festival is a month long celebration in May, when the Hills district in Queensland Moreton Bay comes alive with a unique program of exciting activities amd events.

One of the many highlights of the Festival, is the Hills Carnivale at George Willmore Park in Ferny Hills. Experience the tastes, sounds and sights of the Hills district, with a jam-packed day of great entertainment, fine food and family fun.

A full program of fabulous live entertainment is planned for the main stage, while the Kids Stage will be featuring a unique range of performances, entertainers and activities.

Great ready for delicious servings of multicultural tastes and flavours, as a wide variety of Food Trucks serve up traditional and vegan dishes, along with the sweetest of fairground treats.

There's much to see and do at the Carnivale with lifestyle markets, free craft workshops and fun activities. Roving entertainers and performers add to the spectacle and festive atmosphere.

The children will love the affordably-prices amusement rides, with attractions catering for all ages, along with Pony rides and a Petting Zoo.

Stay for a fantastic fireworks display at 7.00pm to finish off what promises to be a wonderful day out for the whole family.
