The iconic Grand Central Floral Parade is one of many must-see events where over 100,000 people line the main street of the Garden City, experiencing the spectacle of street performers, stilt walkers and stunning floral floats making the journey through the city centre to Queens Park.
Dedicated park, community and private gardeners spend much of the year preparing Toowoomba for this wonderful 10 day event. Places of interest include Laurel Bank Park, Queens Park, Peacehaven Botanic Park, Picnic Point Parklands, Japanese Garden Ju Raku En, Boyce Gardens and the Spring Bluff Railway Station Gardens - all featuring featuring floral displays, leafy landscapes and panoramic views.
